    | Liver 52 and Milk Thistle Hey Gang Just a quickie Does anyone know a good place to buy Milk Thisle and Liv 52 I usually use Passionforlife but they are out of stock. Im always worried about buying fake Liv 52, as I have minor liver problems at times (Not from AAS use) and its imperative that they are real as they keep it in check. Thanks All Paul |

| I buy my milk thistle from Bulk Powders, I got mine in powder form and to be honest its not that bad, if you put it in a shake you can hardly taste it. My liver function test I had at the clinic was fine. The people at the clinic did mention to me that when using milk thistle you have to be carefull not to use to much as it can be actually harmfull to your liver. I just wanted to know how true the satement was. I currently use about 1/2 a teaspoon once a day Cheers |

| yep thats true i read up on it when i signed on to this board and posted a few threads of information about milk thistle poisoning.. tbh not sure exactly to what degree its true and i dont wana risk it so i've stuck to liv.52. I buy mine from http://www.eternalfitness.co.uk because he's just down the road from me so i go and pick it up.. bit expensive compared to the places you guys shop though - think he charges 9.99 |
