Optimum nutrition serious mass

anyone ever use this, for the money it looks good even if 1250 calories does sound a bit scary even for a gainer?

The protein content is pretty low (about 15%) and the choice of ingredients isn't the best, BUT it is cheap. The serving size is a joke and will make you fat fast unless you are naturally whippet like.

I think our Performance Mass is a good product with pre germinated barley and maltodextrin as carbs so lower chance of fat storage.

Others I think are good would be Reflex Instant Mass, PVL Monster Maxx and Inner Armour Gainer 3000. Or you could buy a meal rep (ours is only £30 for 30 servings to UK-Muscle members) and add some maltodextrin to each serving to boost the calories. Just a thought.

thanks again lads, have tried n-large but was far too sweet! plus my mate had to do a bout of atkins after 2 months use! will try the recommended products, when i think about it ti is prob MRP that I need really as I already eat a lot (no probs with appetite) but just need something to hit that 6-7meal a day target without the hassle of making them!

unless you're an ectomorph i cant reason with using a weightgainer, just make food.
