Others I think are good would be Reflex Instant Mass, PVL Monster Maxx and Inner Armour Gainer 3000. Or you could buy a meal rep (ours is only £30 for 30 servings to UK-Muscle members) and add some maltodextrin to each serving to boost the calories. Just a thought. |

| Pagga | thanks again lads, have tried n-large but was far too sweet! plus my mate had to do a bout of atkins after 2 months use! will try the recommended products, when i think about it ti is prob MRP that I need really as I already eat a lot (no probs with appetite) but just need something to hit that 6-7meal a day target without the hassle of making them! |
