| i know some one that takes it, he s a bit thick but says its pretty good. i know allot of people dont like the 'all in one supps though' i think its pretty expensive and you might be able to put all the indrediants together yourself cheaper.... |

| UK-M Swimsuit model  | It is the single most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth - er well almost.... Seriously it is sh1t, overpriced, doesn't mix well, not enough in it for me and did I mention it tastes crap? Go to bulkpowders.com, or Aviform.com and buy some glutamine, creatine and dextrose - and maybe BCAA's. they come unflavoured and are cheap as and will last ages. Whack these in a protein drink it'll work 100% better IMO

| J mate enough dam detail!!!!!!!! Cyclone is an auwful supp.. It tasts HORRIBLE and should be avoided. As for gains, like tom said you'll gain some great peak on your poo!

 | I hate cyclone, unfortunately i bought that 4 for 3 offer they do. Its so expensive, and i agree it tastes vile. i found it made me sweat loads...

| I've had good results with cyclone. agreed it's not the best tasting thing i've tried, but there are worse (maximuscle used to do ribomax and that was f****n awful). there are some natural guys i know who swear by it, as far as i know this bb uses it: www.jonharris.net |
