Time to grow!

Just after abit of advice, While im training my strengh is incresing on a weekly basis but I dont seem to be growing in size, Is this down to not enough food? My muscles are becoming more defined and cut but dont appear bigger any ideas?

Size takes time and you will not notice it on yourself on a day-to-day basis most likely.

If your strength is going up, that's the best indication of progress you'll find. If you bench for example 100kg today, 120kg next year, 140kg the year after etc etc and so on, you can GUARANTEE that you'll gain size in a serious way.

were you think you are actually smaller than you are!
