![]() | To stay the same size and to cut up is not possible. To cut up more than you currently are then you must reduce bodyfat. If you reduce bodyfat then you lose weight and therefore size to a degree. To help vascularity (veins) you can take a NOS supplement,this is L-ARGININE a amino acid. Other than that you must diet away lbs of fat. If you are quite lean already but do not apear "cut" or "defined" then you need to gain more muscularity and should therefore bulk for some time prior to cutting. |

It is quite odd, but that is how it works. One other thing I have been noticing, is that while some say it is impossible to put on muscle on the comp diet, I think I did in my first season. Growth Hormone is also released due to starvation and exercise, so doing both at the same time, not sure if this double whammy would also further increase the amount of GH, however it does seem like a possibility. Diet down, and see what you do look like. It is a complete trip to see your genetics laid bare. x x x T |
