| Administrator | Cycling ECA & Clen I know traditionally the 2weeks on 2weeks off protocol is preferred. But I was wondering, as Ephedrine downregulates the receptors very quickly, wouldn't it be more advantageuous to run 1week ECA, 1 week Clen and so on .. ? Just interested in peoples thoughts.. ![]() L |

Clen has also been shown to slow the conversion of T4 into T3 (the hormone most responsible for burning fat). Ephedrine will stimulate the production of T3 again so cycling the two is the most effective way. |
