![]() | 2nd Comeback! Alreet! Been a long long time since i posted on here and, well, its been a long time since i trained hard too! Not sure which forum to post this in, so i thought the one next to steroids would at least be seen lol! Over the last year ive been on and off training, last took gear a year ago, and gave up training completely around february..resulting in piling on loads of weight and losing pretty much everything id gained in 2 years!! My goals have changed now and i dont want to become as super obsessed as i was before..but, due to muscle memory, i would like to get back close to where i was in size but naturally, dontmind if i dont quite get as big as i was and im not bothered about getting bigger...but back to my best would be fine and then concentrate on getting leaner again...just to look good for myself. Gotta pretty good idea about my diet and training and stuff as ive done it all before. Just bought a boat load of cheap supps to help me get back on track too, including some powdered oats to put into shakes. Has anyone used these before? they sound handy for dieting purposes, tho id imagine theyd be no use in PWO shakes, was thiking maybe for breakfast or pre workout... Also ive completely forgotten how much simple carbs i used in my PWO shake, bearing in mind i dont wanna get fat. Im also gonna be starting creatine too again to kickstart myself back to full strength. Anyways...hello to everyone again and ill try n keep on the boards a bit in future! Phil |
