![]() | too much supps?? I'v just finished my 4th week on 60mg e/d of t-bol. Another 2 to go before i start pct. I have just got hold of a few tubs of glutamine caps which dosage is 4 caps in morning & 4 after workout. I am already taking - morning - 30mg tbol 2* 1000mg fish oil 1 good multi vit. 2 * liv 52 evening 1* 1000mg fish oil 30mg tbol This already seams a lot to be taking!! adding 8 glutamine tabs?? should i add some creatine? Does anyone know if supplementing like this is ok? on a cycle? is there an order which supps should be taken? empty/full stomach all together or apart? |

| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | thats fine! just make sure ur getting a min of 4 litres of water ED dude! to clean ur system and get some vit C in u! tho i would save the glutamine and creatine for PCT but if u got enough, just throw it all in there! i think creatine is best taken in the morn and PWO! and glutamine pre and post |

![]() | yeh i thought about vit c but it's in my multi vit, besides every time i take vit c then forget for a day i get the cold! Are you not better to allow your own body to produce it's own from good diet, our immune system is also built round this? is it wise to suppliment everything? |

| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | well ur body doesn't produce these, it does absorb multi vits from ur foods, but as a bodybuilder IMO its not enough, and you need to suppliment it! and steroids lower the immune system anyway, so i would suppliment with vit c regardless of the multi vits imo |

I take 12 fish oils a day. I take a ton of other stuff too. Stop being a girl and slam some of that glutamine first thing in the morning to kick you out of catabolism. Now go get some of that stuff down your neck ![]() Sorry about the girl comment, I was just playing.

![]() | yep, been reading a few threads on glutamine, just finished gym, chest & biceps tonight with my first go with no-xplode - felt f**kin' great!!! b/p more reps easy with biceps that looked & felt swolen!! Just had my H&B whey protein post workout shake with 4 glutamine caps and 1 fish oil, gonna leave the creatin till pct. |
