I have just received my prohormone stack which i got very very cheap from the internet.

Very good service and help from Stuart who runs the site.

Now i need some help on how to use these products for the best results. I hav 120 100mg tabs of 1-AD and 60 300mg tabs of 4-AD. I was thinking about using 1-Ad for 5wks at 3 a day and running 4-ad for 3wks at 3 a day. (all ergo pharm products)

Or maybe order some more 4-Ad and run them both for 5wks.

Then after for PCT 6OXO.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I also use glutamine, creatine and the usual vits, calcium, zinc and protein shakes with flax.

Going to up my calories slightly while taking these tabs and hopefully gain some muscle.

Please can anyone help me out who has also taken these products.

Whats the use-by date on the pots mate? I'm interested to know as like SuperJoolz said on your other thread those prices are cheaper than distributor rates.

They are all Jan 07 except the 4-Ad which is Dec 06.

Checked them against some they sell in my gym and they match perfect. The guy seems very honest and a nice chap.

I'll just have to see how i go on.

Is this stuff worth buying, I mean the manufacture review is off-putting, it enhances a hormone 400% more potent than testerone, so whats it trying to say here? that it's better than steriods? I find all these marketing gimmicks too dodgy to bother with

hmm prices do seem good but you really dont get that many in a bottle. if you take as directed you might as well buy in bulk as a bottle wont even last a month. as for no sides? try it out and let me know.

u think its cheap because all UK sites are rip-offs.. thats why i only buy supps from US.. maybe they just have proper prices...

the 400% more potent than test is just marketing bullcrap.. the study showed that at a specific time after ingestion test levels were 400% higher that test.... thats it.... its all marketers playing with the words....

Well let me put it this way mate, I can't get hold of those products at that price - nowhere near in fact. They are way below distributors price. Trade price - which is what most uk stores pay - is almost twice that much. So its unfair to say that UK stores are rip offs. We cant sell it cheaper than we get it in. Plus we have pricing guidelines - typically no more than 20% off UK rrp. We wish we could sell at those prices (almost as much as I wish I could get them in at that price!), but it just aint possible!

There's a wide variety of supplement prices amongst retailers in the UK, some expensive, some "less expensive". The issue is more to do with the UK and it's economy, rather than UK supplement sites being "rip-offs".

Amusingly, we were recently sent a batch of "free" samples from a US supplement company (because of the nature of our website) and UK Customs stung us for almost more import tax than the supplements would have been actually worth in the first place!

Yeah, bloody goverments and their crappy import tax, it amazes me we pay tax about 2-4 times (depending where it's from) for the same bloody thing we buy. They talk about locking up bank robbers and thieves, when the real culprits are the goverment! daylight robbery, understated!

thats because youre money is worth twice as much as ours...

andro is a waste in my opinion......if it works for you then go for it...if youre going to use pro hormones you might as well just use steroids.....

if you take a drug test(one that is meant to detect steroids) after using 19 nor andro you will fail that drug test...it will come up as deca......so you might as well just of used the deca in the first place since the andro doesnt work..............some people think that that is a myth about the 19 nor coming up in tests as deca, but it really isnt....i know a few people that took it in the whole mark mcguire home run era and lost their eligability to play NCAA sports because of it......and the only reason mark mcguire said he used it was to cover up his real steroid use

Mark McGuire was one of the reasons why creatine supplements took off so well over there too. I remember being out in california during the home run thing and everyone wanted to know what he was taking and all of a sudden creatine and andro got so much publicity.

more then creatine, he added to the boom of andro-6...one of the first andro products.....but that was only to cover up his real steroid use
