Had the York stuff couple of years ago and it was utter bollocks!!...Had the H+B flavoures stuff last year and it done nothing alough my m8 used the H+B unflavoured stuff and it pumped him up big time!...also had Met-RX creating cytrate which worked the first few times then just tasted rank lol.....using BSN No-Xplode just now and noticing slighlty better pumps when training...Suppose creatine reacts differently with everyones bodies.. Any1 else used this?? |

Also probably isn't the best idea to spike insulin before a workout. Creatine Ethyl Ester is a good preworkout creatine because of the speed at which the body can utilise it (30 mins) However I still believe that the best method of creatine supplementation is before breakfast and PWO 30 minutes before a PWO shake. Also loading of creatine is not necessary, this method has been put forward by marketing people based on a study done some years ago by the Marie Curie Institute which looked at peak creatine blood levels which (obviously) were higher after a loading phase.

![]() | not sure about the bio-mechanics of it but after trying different methoeds of using creatine over the years, I find that prior to a workout gives me a better pump than when I dont use it, guess we are all different... |

| Gym Addict | Also, No-xplode contains nitric oxide as well as creatine. So you would expect to see better pumps than just creatine, be it mono-hyd., cee or what ever. Personally i have not seen any benefit from using creatine, both cee and mono-hyd. I was looking at the kre-alkalyn (sp?) creatine any one have views on this? |

I don't take it pre workout as I train pretty much as soon as I wake up (within an hour mostly) I have my eggs for brekkie, and straight to gym....I only take creatine with my pwo shake..... |
