![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | A good stack? We're brainstorming at the moment to come up with a special offer stack for April. We want to go for something that offers really good value for money. So far the only thing we're certain of is that it will contain a few tubs of elite whey, some kind of creatine, either a glutamine or tribulus product and a few free gifts. We cant decide whether to offer a plain creatine monohydrate or a delivery system and whether to do the glutamine or tribulus. What do you guys think? Any input is appreciated.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm tending towards the glutamine myself. I have no clue how much it will be. It depends what is decided to go in it. It needs to be pretty cheap as we plan to promote it across a few different sites. Elite whey is such a popular product for us too, so we expect a lot of current customers to take up the offer so long as the price is right. We may even keep it all Dymatize and use their creatine and glutamine too. I like AST's stuff as well though, so its a tough decision. Then again I'm also tempted to use V12 but that would put the price up and we've already done one special offer with V12.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, not solely my choice. We're not sure whether to use a plain creatine monohydrate (and keep the price very low and number of servings high) or go for a more expensive creatine like v12. The glutamine will probably be gen, dymatize or reflex.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, I think the V12 (my fave) has the glutamine in it already. So 2 birds (not women) are killed with one stone. It has 1 gram each of: micronized taurine and N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine and basicly 3 grams of the tricreatine. That some Whey and maybe something else. Might be pricey tho.

![]() | you see i thought more of glutamine and creatine i mean creatine i take 5g a day and loading periods is 20g a day wouldn't get much off 3 and glutamine 1g a day is nothing would recommend them seperate and go with the creatine monohydrate!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It probably will be two separate products. This way the stack lasts longer and can be a bit cheaper/ better value. However, the 3g of tri-creatine and 1g of glutamine in v12 are more easily absorbed than regular creatine and glutamine, so (according to SAN at least) you still get the same benefit, if not more so. I've found it better than normal creatine/glutamine.

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | I like the plain creatine because I dont like spiking insulin while on a constant diet. I know using dextrose with creatine is the best combo. I dont want to load up on a bunch of sugar just for the sake of taking creatine. How about protein and plain creatine. ;)

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think we're doing 1kg of creatine, 1 or 2 tubs of elite whey, 500g glutamine, a shaker and another freebie for around either £80 or £100 depending on how many tubs of whey are required. We werent going to do this offer until april, but we ordered in a load of elite whey last week as due to being ranked #1 in google.com on 'dymatize elite whey' and 'elite whey' we were selling loads. Now we've dropped out of the top 10 and aren't selling any so I'm damn near swimming in the stuff! Therefore we're going to bring it forward a bit - probably end of this week or start of next.

![]() ![]() ![]() | thats a good idea silentbob. Id go on the cheap option with creatine monohydratge, and give a guide telling them how to use it exactly, by mixing it with glucose etc. Definately add glutamine. for those non-belivers, i used a mate as a guinea pig, and he has been very impressed buy using it 2x per day with the results-mainly less soreness after training. once he run out, withing 3 days, he complained about how much worse his DOMs were.... He didnt believe it would work either... ;)

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I tell you what, I always took glutamine as a bit of an afterthought and was somewhat doubtful of its effectiveness - but after taking it for almost a year, I stopped taking it a week and a half ago and I've noticed a hell of a difference. I am so sore after workouts at the moment - my recovery time is at least doubled. I'm going to get back on it I think. There is some in v12 but its not like taking 10-25g a day. I like your idea of a guide to go with it, I may just do that.

![]() ![]() ![]() | yeah, i think glutamine is essential. you dont realise how much it works till you stop it. Definately write out an "idiot proof guide". It is very handy. Detailing what to take, when to take it, and how to take it. Especially in relation to creatine, as you need to get it right, or it'll do f-all!
