| Newbie Trainer | Which supplements? Hi all. Just a short question and all advice welcome. I don't have a lot of money so It's hard to get my supplements from natural sources and having the time is also difficult so. Given that I can afford 2 kinds of supplements a month what would be the most important???? I have done some research and came up with these 2. 1) A good whey protein (Reflex choc-mint?) 2) Creatine (Reflex XXL?) of which I have found a good supplier at a reasonable price as with the whey. Given that these 2 are a good choice when would you suggest I take them? Thanks for any info. Kev |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I usually buy what ever is on sale. Sure some protein might be a bit better than others but the designer labels will charge more and it might be just a little better if any at all. If I buy the cheap stuff on sale and it mixes well in water than I am happy as hell. I bought some stuff once that I could not mix for nothing. Funny thing it mixed in yogurt but not in water. If you buy the stuff on sale then you actually get more protein for cheaper. As for taste, I cant eat any chocolate whey, its gotta be anything but that. I can stomach any protein even soy or milk and egg as long as it isnt chocolate.
