   | Glutamine - sounds a silly question Hi Guys, Can you help me. I went to the Tropicana HO the other day (thats where I get all of my supps from). I turn up every month or so with my order in hand. However, yesterday they said that they were out of the brand of Glutamine that I usually buy. The guy said 'we have L-Glutamine which is better'. Is this true? I though L-Glutamine was the same as Glutamine - or was he just trying to get me to buy the more expensive product and playing on my noobity/niaivity?

 | L-glutamine is a branch chain amino acid mate i think glutamine is the same thing just quicker to say! im sure TT or pscab will tell us!
