Udo's oil blend

Seems to be a very popular and recommended blend here (omega 3-6-9 oil blend) so I bought a bottle and have been taking 2 teaspoons a day (1 in the morning, other in the night). But that's not the point here, the point is how do you, who have been taking this for some time, make it bearable to take daily?
I have a pretty strong stomach but always find myself gagging a couple times trying to down it.
Obvious choice to me atm would be to blend it with something, but what?
So, because I don't like vomitting, I'm asking for your help

I take it every day, mixed in with weight gainer / protein shake.

I actually think it makes the shakes nicer, dont go all lite and frothy when mixing in a blender - Keeps them smoooooooooth! ;)

Are you sure it hasnt gone rancid?
I had a bottle of Udos once and it was horrid, later found out it had gone off.

It is very sensative to heat, light and oxygen.

Me personally I dont like the idea of Udo's oil.
If you already have a diet too high in Omega 6 fatty acids then why supplement that?

If the ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 should be 1/1 to 1/4 and the current diets are 1/10 to 1/25 then why add any Omega 6 to the diet?

Olive oils have Omega 9's and fish oils have Omega 3's with the best profile of any Omega 3 food.

Not only that but fish oils and olive oil is cheap.

I myself do not like the idea of adding any Omega 6's to my diet. I dont add them but what ever I get out of my foods.
I do however take 12 fish oils a day and swear by that.

I never taste the fish oils as they are in gel caps.
Problem sorted..........

Nice post Hacks.

Like you, I take 10-12 fish oils a day. Thought i'd give UDO's a bash.

i only get the udos coz i dont eat fish, as you say you take about 12 fish oils a day, thats about the equivalent of a few spoon fulls.
plus i take about 10 different tablet supplements a day anyway, and id peronally rather stick a few spoons of oil into my protein than have to swallow a load of capsules

mixing it with yogurt didn't work out all that well...
As for it being rancid, I wouldn't know really. Bought it new, and have kept it in the fridge. It doesn't give off a horrible smell and to me it looks healthy so who knows.
I'll give the protein shake a shot later, thanks for the suggestions

Again, its the ratio of too many Omega 6 fatty acids and not enough Omega 3 fatty acids.

To get the ratio closer to where we need to be fish oils seem the most logical to me.
