| IF YOU BUILD IT.....THEY WILL COME! | think i read somewhere about the mono creatine not digesting completely and leaving crystals lying on your stomach wall aparantly these cause ulsters you can mix it with warm water/glucose for better results it also said that the CEE would be the better choice |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Tri Matrix v2 has actually been discontinued now and replaced with Tri Matrix Evolution. We've just sold off all our v2 stock cheap (had one myself even). Interestingly, Reflex have opted to change the creatine back to being just creapure (monohydrate), going against the trend towards CEE. Good on em I say, I dont believe the hype for CEE. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well I think it was discontinued just to bring out a new improved version again. The most interesting new development in it is that the new version has carnosine boosting ingredients. In my opinion carnosine could be the next creatine because it works really well to buffer lactic acid away - allowing you to push out more reps before muscular failure. I used Isatori's H+ blocker a little while ago and that was an awesome product, for me it was far better than Gakic. Like Gakic I found the effects diminished after a few weeks use, but those first few weeks my workouts were awesome. Why go back to mono? I'm not 100% sure, it does seem like a backward step to the casual observer. You'd need to ask Reflex really, I keep meaning to myself. Personally I think its a good move as I still think monohydrate is the best creatine overall. There's very little conclusive research behind Di-creatine Malate and CEE and even if they are better absorbed and you have to take less, whats the point when mono is so much cheaper in comparison? i.e. my point is that even if you take 2g of CEE and 99% of it is absorbed for instance, and you take 5g of mono and only 40% is aborbed (these %ages are completely arbitrary btw), you're still getting the same amount of creatine absorption, but chances are with CEE you are paying more. Plus from my own anecdotal experience, I didnt find any improvement with CEE over taking mono (in fact I found the brand of CEE I took considerably less effective than my AST mono). Many will disagree with me on CEE, but I can tell you that quite a few people within the industry who I speak to are beginning to question it also as the real world results have not matched the hype. I wouldnt be surprised if a few other companies go back to monohydrate. Monohydrate still sells better than CEE for us as it is. |

This is why we use Creapure Creatine monohydrate, lots of studies on its safety and ergogenic affects and more important Creapure is the best manufacture. The whole point is to give the consumer confidence in the product. PS I loved Tri-Matrix V2 as well, top product, was sad to see it go, however Evo is also very good (yes i do work for Reflex so please contact me if you have any questions.)

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Karl, thanks for the response. I did email you guys about it earlier and Simon explained that it was because creapure means 'guaranteed purity' but your explanation helps expand on this, thanks. As I said, I think its a good move and quite a bold one to make when most other manufacturers are going in the opposite direction. Nice to see Reflex not just trying to conform to what everyone else is doing. Its very easy in this industry to just follow the latest trends regardless of whether there's any real evidence to justify doing so. Nice to see new products from you guys by the way as well. |

I think you will agree (and hopefully customer feedback with back this up) that the new tri-evo is a really good product that doesnt follow the CEE route. I think 7g of BCAAs per serving speaks for itself! Please do not hesistate to contact us if you have any more questions.
