I ordered some stuff of these clowns 2 weeks ago and i just received it yesterday.
i contacted them last week concerning the delay in my order as i had already been sent an email confirming the order had been dispatched and they said that they had run out of the Trio-Plex bars i ordered....guess they should of mentioned this on their web site??
they informed me that i would not get my order until end of this week...

I had to phone them on monday to ask where my order was i had to change the flavour of the trio-plex bars so i could get delivery of them and the Vitargo, they finally made the delivery yesterday 12 days after my order was made....

they did not apologise for the mix up there was no freebies in the box for the mistake they had made and to top it all i had paid over £5 for delivery.....

my humble opinion is to stay away from these clowns as they don't give a t0ss about you only your money....

lol I don't do a lot of business as they are costly to post. If you're ever down in Bristol then PM me and I'll get some for you. Most of my business is on the street corners in Bristol late at night, dressed in drag.

Please enlighten me guys, whats vitargo? This one seems to have slipped me by.

I know trioplex bars have been out of stock with the UK importer in a number of flavours for a while. The new trioplex duo and trioplex cookies, in my opinion, are much much better anyhow.

I can sympathise to some extent with retailers in situations like this because it is awkward when you're out of stock of a product and arent sure how soon you'll have it back in - its not always under your own control and depending on what software you use it can be impossible to keep stock levels available on the website. With us though, if an item is out of stock we always call and/or email to let the customer know and give them the choice of cancelling, changing or waiting. We hate to have orders waiting in the tray anyhow so if we can get a customer to change to a different product and get it sent out same day its better for us as well as the customer.

Generally people are very understanding if you contact them right away, if you leave it and wait for them to contact you then you've already served them poorly and they are unlikely to be understanding or to use you again. I think Supplement Warehouse have been around for quite a while though so presumably they must usually perform reasonably well to still be in business.

If so, I personally would never use them (again). When I first started out, I walked into their shop with a body like a matchstick. The guy in the shop must have been rubbing his hands with glee behind the counter as I walked in. He gave me the usual sales pitch which any naive newbie would seccumb to & sold me a tub of whey for £55... "this will beef you up in no time, it's the best selling product in Europe at present" bla bla bla. So anyway I was flush at the time, had no idea what a resonable price for whey was, so did not hesitate to purchase at this price. A few weeks later I stumbled across their website and saw the same tub of whey on their site for £42!! I got mugged off (unless they had a price reduction, which I doubt) and vouched never to use their services again. :jerk:

Vitargo is a carb loading type drink.

Very fast gastric emptying and high GI but very little bloating. It's derived from Barley which is a very dense carbohydrate.
