I know trioplex bars have been out of stock with the UK importer in a number of flavours for a while. The new trioplex duo and trioplex cookies, in my opinion, are much much better anyhow.

I can sympathise to some extent with retailers in situations like this because it is awkward when you're out of stock of a product and arent sure how soon you'll have it back in - its not always under your own control and depending on what software you use it can be impossible to keep stock levels available on the website. With us though, if an item is out of stock we always call and/or email to let the customer know and give them the choice of cancelling, changing or waiting. We hate to have orders waiting in the tray anyhow so if we can get a customer to change to a different product and get it sent out same day its better for us as well as the customer.

Generally people are very understanding if you contact them right away, if you leave it and wait for them to contact you then you've already served them poorly and they are unlikely to be understanding or to use you again. I think Supplement Warehouse have been around for quite a while though so presumably they must usually perform reasonably well to still be in business.

i did check your site first though but you didn't have the Vitargo or i would of bought it off you mate....
