What type of Dextrose?
After reading here about adding Dextrose to pwo shakes for fast-absorbing carbs, I went online looking for a place to buy it. I found a lot of different stuff, am I just looking for basic corn sugar? Or is there a specific type of Dextrose to get for my purpose?

I get mine from the local chemist. Just simple glucose dextrose - makes you come alive after leathering your body for an hour training.
