You could buy flavoured powder, but it costs more.
Working out before work, christ I don't envy you there! I never work out before 7pm.

as they say its always better to get protein from your food then from shakes.. shakes are to help you fit in those extra g's to finish the day, your having 175g protein purely from shakes.. where's your breakfast???! your on 2meals a day mate.. u've got a good high protein intake but you need your breakfast. what are your working hours? you must get a break from the desk even if its 10minutes i could vanish 2 tuna sandwich's in that time.
add a breakfast, if you get a 5-10min break from the desk add a sandwich.. then your lunch.. have a tuna sandwich or something on your journey home from work.. then you got dinner and if you fit another meal in go for it.

bulkpowders.co.uk do some really nice "Flavouring Systems". Fairly cheap and last a long time - you only need a small amount. I'd recommend apple.

Failing that, stick a banana in there (depending on if you are cutting etc...) or a tiny bit of flavoured milk.

get some proper whole foods down yer mate,.....

whey is a suppliment and should suppliment a good diet not replace it.....

i sit at a desk all day too ,....but there are a few tricks you can play with regards to getting the food in..........

1.grilled chicken cut into strips is virtually odourless...put 200grams of it in a box bag in your drawer and eat it as you would a packet of sweets.....

2.make flat cakes out of tuna/potato/cottage cheese..cook in a dry frying pan(or a bit of olive oil)....eat them as you would a bisciut
(dont dip em in your tea tho mate !!)

3. oatcakes are just like biscuits ...surley no-one can whinge at those,..

4. john west do a sachet of tuna in a light dressing that dosent need refridgeration,....i always have 4 or five of those in me drawer,.....just eat it with a spoon in the toilets if you have to,......and a few rice cakes...

all of the above takes the same amount of time to shake a shaker full of whey
and my spin on it is, if you want it bad enuff, you'll find a way.......

i put chilli, garlic and ginger on my chicken and it fcukin stinks,.....but the gaffer never sez owt,......

I agree with the above - I find I feel better all round eating whole foods rather than shakes and as Raikey says, where theres a will theres a way.
You just have to use your imagination when it comes to eating on the job.

I put a spoon of cocoa powder in every shake, and I still hold my nose shut while I drink it. Then I swallow a couple of times after finishing the shake before I unplug my nose so the after-taste doesn't make me barf.

Maybe you can keep a tin of peanuts or protein bars at your desk to munch on, or get a doctor's note that you are diabetic and need to snack throughout the day. If you threaten to go into shock on the job, they won't want to risk it. I guess I'm spoiled as I work from home anymore and can do what I want, but if I had a regular jobby job, I wouldn't advise some jackass manager to get between me and my protein.

As for the flavouring get some glucose powder from boots £1.29 for 500g this makes it go down easier and also after a workout it gets the protein into your system quicker so ive been told
