Which of the following is the optimum time? 1) Just after waking; 2) Just before training; 3) Just after training; 4) Just before sleeping. At the moment I'm taking 1k Mg Vit C in the upon waking up, and 268Mg of E before going to bed. Thanks in advance, KS |

Take Vit E with Selenium for a wicked free radical busting super combo, apparently selenium doesn't work on it's own. I beleive that selenium taken in this way can contribute to prostate health but it's a long time since I read up on it so I may be wrong
