Best timing for Vit C and E?

Which of the following is the optimum time?


1) Just after waking;

2) Just before training;

3) Just after training;

4) Just before sleeping.

At the moment I'm taking 1k Mg Vit C in the upon waking up, and 268Mg of E before going to bed.

1 hour before training to eliminate free radicals

Vit E

Doesn't matter cos it's a fat based vitamin but morning might be preferable. Take Vit E with Selenium for a wicked free radical busting super combo, apparently selenium doesn't work on it's own. I beleive that selenium taken in this way can contribute to prostate health but it's a long time since I read up on it so I may be wrong

Thanks mate, that resolves my query!

I googled around on that Selenium plus Vit E combo, seems the consensus is that it does indeed provide the body with a good boost.
