  | Quick question guys.. searched a few threads but im dead tired and im going to go buy my protein tub tomorow bcos im down to my last serving. want something that's good BUT not so expensive as £70 a month!! Im using Diamatize mega gainer and its good but only getting 29servings from it and at 2 a day for £34.99 its expensive. I wos on the Uk-muscle store and I saw Dymatize Elite Whey and in the information it says 87servings. i calculated 77.78 servings to be precise :p what does it taste like? any views on how good it is? and taste??? also can i mix it with water or has it got to be milk for those nutrition facts? THANKS GUYS!! |

| lol there u go then.. its ok i've looked into it a bit more and found "100% Whey Gold Standard Protein - 5lb" just might be the one for me. 1scoop p/serving (29.4g) - total 80 servings p/container 120calories 24g protein 1g fat 3g carbs along with essential & non-essential amino acids. still not sure about flavors though, i dont trust the tropical punch so i might stick to strawberry or chocolate. |
