![]() | Glutamine ?? Does anyone now the best time of day to take Glutamine and at what doseages ??? Just bought some from H&B with 500mg tabs also read that if you take then before bedtime they can keep you awake.. Opinions appreciated !!! Stevo |

![]() | Hey Stevo take your glutamine after training depending on your bodyweight you want between 5-10g Taking it after training will help with muscle recovery, taking it before bed will help to increase growth hormone coz it converts to GABA a neurotransmitter which should if anythin make you sleep better, i had some wacky dreams whilst using GABA though so just take 5-10g and you should sleep like a baby!! p.s if you get a bit bored chompin down 20 tabs of glutamine get the powder next time its much easier |

![]() | Yeh its works pretty well the conversion from Glutamine to GABA causes a neurotransmission reaction, which basically calms down your nervous system, ive never had a problem sleeping though except on ephedrine, it works really well lose quite a bit of Body fat but i dont get any sleep. |
