 | Swole Any of you lads tried this?. I bought some over in the US and am just starting it today. I'd never tried it before as for some reason I thought it had no creatine in it, but it has, it's got the same Tri creatine salt as V12.

| its is ment to be very good, ive been hearing lots of excellant reports about it. let us know how you go on....

| OK Lads, Update time, I've been taking Swole for nearly 3 weeks now so feel able to comment on it. The bad news is, I don't think it has done anything for me whatsoever. I have honestly noticed absolutely no benefits from it at all. Disappointing but there you go, at least it only cost me $26, (about £15) so not much money wasted. Stick to V12.

| lets be honest here, we only have one opinion, I would like to hear from some more people. Reading the reviews on 1Fast they have been pretty. However i also do believe what works for one person may not work for the next. |

| exactly zeroice. I have heard lots of very positive reviews. I have a mate who has posted here a couple of times, templeton, who is an expert on supplements and he is using it now and is very impressed, he says once he's used a course of it, he'll post up his opinion! I remain by my initial statement, that it IS the bollox!

| I like V12 the best. Although I have never tried Swole but V12 works for me and tasts good too.
