WHICH BRAND IS BEST ?

Hi Fellas, I havent been on here for sometime as i have been out of the game for 2 years !

However I need to strip some fat and beer belly before i Can get serious again. I just got back from holiday and when i was in the airport i bought a magazine which cam e with a free MAXIMUSCLE mag with all there products which some look quite intresting, I had always bought AST stuff in the past but I havent used any in a couple of years.

I want some meal replacement and protien bars for breakfast and lunch, Metabolism boosting products and a appetite suppressant to stop me snacking at night.

If anyone has any good tips on which products are best or if there is a current manufacturer in the spotlight please let me know. Or is the best way still ECA and Clen cycles ?

now i am obviously biased towards Extreme but i really rate their products their extreme protein drink is a very good blended protein.
there build and recover PWO drink is excellent and as a board member you get 25% discount with extreme on rrp...

but to be honest Andy i think you are going about this all wrong as you are looking for supplements that will boost metabolism and avoid you snacking at night.....
you can achieve this with diet...

high protein diets have been proven to both boost metabolism and increase siatey which is the feeling of being full.
couple this with a moderate carbs and fats you are set...increase the amount of times you eat in a day to 6 or 7 meals this in itself will increase metabolism add to this some morning or PWO cardio and again you are set....

one last point maximuscle is overpriced crap....

I used Maximuscle for a while, was on the toilet for most of it, and it is very expensive, tastes like crap and mixes awful - the two things you expect from an expensive product.

My idea was to maybe have a protien bar for breakfast and a meal replacement for lunch, reason being I just never have time to prepare decent food for dieting etc and i would rather use a Meal replacement full of goods that will help me rather than getting a stogey sandwich or some crap at dinner time.

Then for tea I can cook some veg and meat etc, i though a appetite suppressant may stop me munching at night though ?

any thoughts ?

This here is the best advice you will ever get. 100% spoken true.

Smaller more frequent meals that have a protein in it, more fiber will burn more calories like 35 grams of fiber will burn 250 extra cals.
If you like high protein and vegetables and some fish oils, bingo.

Diet will do more than anything for what you are looking for.

If you've got time to cook your tea, just make more, and have half for the next days dinner. I reckon you should try to eat more food and then just 'supplement' this with, erm...supplements.
