Other supps that could benefit
Apart from Pre-Work like No-Expode and Post-Work like Whey Protein.
What else would be a beneficial supplements to take? Something thats more general, rather than weight gaining supps or anything too specific.

Consider adding a fast acting carb source like maltodextrin or wazymaize to the post workout protein shake to replenish glycogen.
BCAA'S, Flaxseed Oil, Multivitamin are all things I would consider, as pointed out though all these things are to supplement a good diet.

BCAA's intra-workout are an awesome addition to your supplement regime. Something like our Excel or Xtend includes both BCAA's and Citrulline Malate, both of with are clinically proven to reduce muscle soreness, speed up recovery, and help you make gains session to session.
I find I get more benefit from BCAA's intra-workout than I do from creatine imho.
Hope that helps.

^agreed, intraworkout is a good idea.
Creatine too. Simple creatine monohydrate is pretty much always a solid choice, or if you want to step it up, I ran Ancient Strength a while back and as predicted, I saw some significant strength increases.

any one tried animal pak multvit stack?? is it worth the large pric tag?

Re: Other supps that could benefit
why say food on a thread that clearly asked what "SUPPS" that could benefit. food isnt a supplement. its food.
i would go for a slow release night time protein. look at other more specialist nutritional supplements like specific post-workout shakes, a staple protein and as i say a night time slow release blend. other than that i agree that an intra-workout BCAA and high GI carb product could help.

Thanks for all the fast replies.
I heard that Red Meat is good for protein/creatine/iron etc, So that may be an option from a natural source.
Doesn't Whey Protein have BCAA's and doesn't NO-Explode have Creatine?
Or is that a small amount and additional amount would be more beneficial

You'd struggle to get enough creatine from a natural source, so supplementation is recommend. Red meat is excellent as a source of iron though and highly bioavailable. I'd recommend an iron-free multi (e.g. NOW foods Adam or SAN Dr FeelGood) as a typical high protein diet tends to have plenty of iron.

What about having a stack like this Pre-Workout EAA's Post Workout: Carbs(Vitargo)+Electrolytes+Creatine Gluconate+BCAA's And Then Whey And Glutamine After Cardio
