| Sexy Moderator | Hello big man. Yeah, appitite can be a problem when on a cycle, especially if using androgens, A50`s, Dianabol, etc. Also, as you say, as you near the end, you get sick of the amount of food, so its hard to increase the food, to support the extra mass. I use Vit B12 all the time. I do 2ml E4D. I get increased appitite, increased energy, and increased vascularity from this dosage. Some people do as much as 2ml EOD and get good results also, although you cant OD on V12, i feel it is a little to much.

B-vitamins work better together so a complex with B-12 is really the way to go. Here is a link of the stuff I take and is dirt cheap: http://www.researchlabsupply.com/Scr...p?idproduct=35 Dose, this seems to be a big topic of debate. How is it used in the medical field? I know a bunch of people that get Cyanocobalamin (B12) 1000 mcg injections once a month from their doctors. It does store in the liver and I think it can store in the liver for around a year. Calcium is necessary for the proper absorption of vitamin B-12 Tobacco, ethanol, coffee, and laxatives prevent absorption of the vitamin. Vitamin B-12 is destroyed by heating, acid, or alkali. Vitamin B-6, vitamin B-Complex, choline, inositol, vitamin C, potassium, and sodium assist absorption. Since the body is efficient in storing vitamin B-12, it could take up to six years before vitamin B-12 deficiency symptoms develop in a diet devoid of the vitamin. Children of vegetarian parents can become vitamin B-12 deficient in two to three years, as they have no vitamin B-12 stores in their bodies. Recommended Dietary Allowances RDA for adult males 2.0 mcg RDA for adult females 2.0 mcg RDA for children 7 to 10 years 1.4 mcg RDA for infants: 0.5 mcg RDA for pregnant and lactating women 2.6 mcg The amount of dietary vitamin B-12 needed for normal human metabolism appears to be very small. Reported minimum requirements have been from 0.6 to 1.2 mcg per day, with a range to approximately 2.8 mcg to allow for individual variance. The ordinary diet easily provides this amount. For example, one cup of milk, one egg, and four ounces of meat provide 2.4 mcg. The RDA standard recommends a daily intake of 2.0 mcg for adults. As you can see this vitamin is one of the lowest in the RDA and usually only vegetarians have problems with B-12 deficiencies. Now it is non toxic but still it is wastefull to just bang many ml's many days. Taking it in tab form kind of gets destroyed in the stomach. Sublingual is effective (under the tongue with a disolving tab). They also have nasal preperations too, you just shoot it up the nose. Both the nasal and sublingual bypass digestion to allow better absorption. Of course the shots would be the best. But I do shoot 1ml of the stuff in the link about once a week to twice a week. It is dirt cheap and comes in a huge bottle.

| Sexy Moderator | Re: V B12 Im back on 2,000mcgs EOD / E3D at the moment after not using it for about 15 weeks. Within 10 days of starting it again, im eating like a horse, got a lot more energy for my cardio (can breathe better, dont get out of breath as quick) and better vascularity.
