There is a search facility on this site, sometimes it is good to have a peek before you post, or add to an existing thread. ![]() ![]() | Ive just tried taking the stacker 3 product. Was going really well till Monday. Dont take them if you are taking hayfever pills as there is a list as long as your arm of stuff they react with! Was using the ECA stack before and lost nearly a stone in 4 months. Please remember that taking fat burners is fine but you really need to nail that diet first! |

I have 6 cups a day whilst dieting. Sea Kelp may also be beneficial as it contains high amounts of iodine which thyroid hormone is made out of.

| Sexy Moderator | Clare has used Hydroxycuts, SAN Tight and Extreme Lean R in the past, all with good results (shes only 9st anyway, but it does make her leaner when shes on them) Shes now trying out the new BSN Thermonex tablets, which sound impressive and getting good reviews. I stick to ECA, Clen and T3 Just as cheap as OTC products, but 100x more effective ![]()

(is that what it does? lol) I remember yuo posted that before but i can not find it. |

With regards to Green Tea - I try and have a minimum of 4 cups a day year round, although if I'm out and about it's hard to find a good cup. Green Tea capsules would be a good alternative but they are costly for what they are, I also think that there is something in the brewing that releases the good ness? ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | im sure i have read that all 'green tea' is not the same and some is not as effective as the 'real stuff'. ill have a look about and see if i can find the article. It put me off of drinking it as i didn't like it too much but i could suffer it for the health bennifits, but then when i found out it may be no better than normal tea i gave it up! 2g of garlic eh. can you remind me what it does? did i have it right? does it make your body burn the brown fat cells first? |
