Garlic

Helps to support a healthy heart and immune system. If u dont want the garlic breathe then u can buy garlic pearls which are just like cod liver or halibut liver oil pearls.

Garlic is some real good stuff. Just look at any herb book and garlic has more fixes than any other herb.

yea, garlic is GREAT! almost as good a whey protein as a supplement, and its much cheaper too, it cost me only £2.99 for a tub of 365 capsules of odourless garlic. i now take them like cod liver oil/halibut liver oil, but i wonder if taking 2 or more of these supplements at the same time is ok...i supposed its just like eatin different kinds of food at once..

You are ok with that. Those oils are good oils and are a good food. The garlic is a good food too but both those foods are good for the heart and will actually compliment each other. Another good supp for the heart is QoEnzyme Q10 but it is pricey. I just bought some today as a matter of fact. Also L arginine is good for circulation.
Fish oils will lower triglycerides if you are eating alot of carbs.
