| somebody stop me! | :confused: me again last week i brought the following supplements from bulk powders uk, creatine ethyl ester l-glutamine bcaas tribulus terrestris taurine protein powder befor i brought these i was just taking cratine monohydrate desicated liver tablets,omaga 3's and cod liver oil and muti vit, and the protine powder with quite a good diet of fresh meat evey day. i took this on a morning and that was job done, now i brought the others bits and bobs even thow they tell you how much to take , i dont know if i should be taking these at the same time as each other and should space it out i would be very gratefull if some body could advise me on the best way,just so i know i am taking it right :confused: cheers jas
