I have read that this should not be taken more than 2 weeks.
If you try to boost your immune system more than the above then you will actually not. You cant keep a boosted immune system for too long. Body tends to shut that down like gear if you mess with this too long.

Some herbs can be taken every day like garlic. But others like golden seal and echinacea cant.
Take this herb if you are sick but not if you arnt!
Take anti-oxidants instead all along.
