Cool ZMA

Thinkin about using ZMA to increase test levels (from bulk powders) has any1 used it is it any good ? I am also concerned thou that if i was on it my daily intake of zinc would be 45mg a day as i take a multi vit with 15mg of zinc in it.. i have read off a website that the maxium amount of zinc in take without side effects is 40mgs is the 5mgs going to make much diff? thats 35mg over the week! Thanks for the advice in advance :gun:

IMO every one has a difference tollerance level's, so to say that 45mg would give u sides is not fact, I would take it, and I do use ZMA i think it is a worthwile suppliment, but i would also take tribulus with it..

Yep ZMA and Partucualrly Bugarian Trib is a great stack together , RE ZMA if you are training hard you are likley deficient in both Zinc and magnesium so it is very unlikely that 40-50mg would be toxic .. If you were sedentary then yes 50mg probably would be bad for you over time .

I take zinc and magnesium before bed time.
One thing I do notice is I dream better.
I am not sure if it is the raising of test that makes GH rise or what but I do know that dreams are good and REM sleep is necessary.
I tend to sleep better and if anything else this makes recovery better from my workouts.

I do like it though.

I like it too and have noticed that I seem to be remeembering more of my dreams.

I do believe that it is actively raising my test levels as I am slightly cranky in the mornings now!

I think dreaming is a good sign of good sleep and GH release at night, both of which are good things,

I forgot my zinc and mag last night and I was wondering why I didnt dream that much.

are you taking two different capsule/tablets of zinc and magnesium, or the ZMA formula (monomethionine aspartate) and do you think it makes a difference?

i was in H&B today about to buy seperate zink, and magnesium but all the MAG supps they had, also contained calcium. Same with many multi vits. does calcium effect the uptake of zink that much? Also i read online that a good ZMA stack also contains Vit B6.
