A pleasant smelling, non sticky gel thing that is easily absorbed. Glucosamine sulphate is what it contains and it is ideal for puttin onto the skin before, during or after training as it helps keep joints healthy and has a good massaginf effect.

it would be good for certain types of racks but it dosent work like oral one.
