Safe doseages of Trib ?
Ive starting Reflex Bulgarian Trib as part of my PCT, and the doseages on the bottle say take 3x 250 mg ed.

After some research ive found that doseages being reccomended od 2000mg ed quoted, so im thinking of taking 6 at least ed.

Are there any sides with trib that anyone knows of ??
Or what effective doseages are anyone else taking ???

no, no reported or known sides to trib! anything bad will be P!ssed away, but IMO there's no point in exceeding recomneded dose! its wont do anything extra!

Agree its a natrual product, its 250mg ed is not 250mg of test

I'd say stick with the stated dosage on the bottle, unless you done a very potant AAS cycle and are huge then I would increase the dose.

Take the stated and if you need to do more next time, then do.

Hope you keep the gains mate

I use Aviform cause its cheap and works a treat - used Maximuscle stuff before which was good but pricey

Ive got san trib, 500mg per tab.

been using 2 x 500mg per day during PCT

woman in body active says one of a morning with food.

then one an hour before trainning.

2000mg of Trib with 30mg Zinc in the AM and another 2000mg of Trib with 15mg Zinc in the PM.

I bought the Reflex trib @ £18 per 90 tabs, each tab is 250 mg and the reccomended dose is 750 mg ed...So if you took 2000mg ed it would cost a fortune for a 6 week cycle or something !!!

what brand of trib and price is anyone else using ??

Trib & Zinc can be used solely as PCT to brink back test levels, the norm as far as dosage is concerned tends to be 2000mg with 30mg Zinc AM & 2000mg Trib with 15mg Zinc PM, although it may vary depending on lenth of cycle, dosages etc etc,.

I personally finf it works after a short moderate dose cycle of no more than about 1g a week, anymore and I need Nolv, but thats just me.....

As for brands, I just buy whatever is the least expensive, All in 1/Bulkpowders.....
