| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | PWO shakes should be taken as soon as you finish training, but some say you have about a 45min window to take it after training, so i shower go home then take mine! (within 25 to 30 mins after training ) so about 60 to 70 grams post work out i would say, which is about 2 scoops

| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | i wouldn't use it, always use complex carbs, preferably low GI carbs like oats! you can get grounded oats from Bulkpowders dude! mix that with a bananna, and ur done! ![]()

![]() | Dont you think adding dextrose to your shakes makes them taste horrible.I'm used to the shakes on there own but when i add dextrose its too sickly.Are oats that you buy in asda ok. I think you get a 1kg bag for 48p then just grind up in blender and add to shake. |
