| Gym Addict | question about cellmass the alleged way to take cellmass is straight after the gym on an empty stomach then not eat for 30mins after taking. then the unwritten rule of bodybuilding is to get carbs and protein into you as soon as possible after the gym. so if i take cellmass straight after the gym does this contain a suitable amount of replenishment that carbs and protein would?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Mix it in with your protein shake or bring a shaker with you to the gym and have it first thing after workout. I usually have the cellmass first in my shaker literally seconds after finishing the weights. Downing a protein shake immediatly after workouts in some studies have shown to be less effective than drinking it 5-10 minutes after a workout. Drink the cellmass either before the protein shake or actually in the protein shake.
