![]() | Vitamin B12 I have been taking the vitamin B12 product from Synthetek (syntheselen) for 3 weeks now, 2ml (shoulders) every 4th day and it does what it says on the packet, increased appetite and slightly more vascular. So if your looking for a better appetite this is the one

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Due to my restricted cals dieting somewhat, I take it just as a precaution. I myself do just 500iu EOD, Sub-Q. I was doing 1000iu a day for a month and didnt notice anything else beneficial. It is non toxic to it wont hurt you other than excessive scar tissue from all the extra jabs and a loss of funds. B-Vitamins actually work better if taken together. So taking B-Complex with B-12 might not be a bad idea. It can store in the liver for a really long time, so excess over the amount you need is all waisted. Read once it can store in the liver for over a year so...................... Some of the dieters take B12 to aid in fat loss. I think Lindora diet is one of those diets that do this. And yes vegetarians have B12 deficiencies so it is a good idea to add that and creatine for vegetarians.

Now that I got the half inch needles I do them IM. I was shooting the l-carnosine in lets say the left delt, then the IGF-1 in the right delt (got a massive bruise going through the vain on the biceps so I stopped that), so I kindof ran out of spots, most of the time I hit the glute but using half a cc does not bruise as much and especially with the longer needles. Either way works just the same. When I used the shorter needles 1/4" and did a ml in the delt it left a lump. But yes, it can bruise the hell out of you and it takes almost two weeks to go away, happens to me and I did see it on winger too so you are not alone there. I do notice the longer needle helps 1/2".
