Milk thistle should be taken DURING periods of extra stress on the liver. Methylated androgen cycles are a good example of times that the liver will be under extra stress.

lukey i think milk thistle is a must when doing a cycle that has orals in it, i got mine from holland and barrat they were quite expensive as well. i also take them when ive had a good session on the ale

IMO they are essential to use with any cycle, and I would also use them post cycle, so never realy coming off them ;) as they help raise liver enzyme values, so why stop a good thing?
