 | Tesco Omega 3 oil - BOGOF Tesco have 300ml Omega 3 Oli (not the caps) on 'Buy one get 1 Free' at the moment, so two bottles for £4.99 which seems a pretty good price to me. Each 5ml provides EPA 218.0mg DHA 145.0mg GLA 45.0mg Vitamin E 5.0mg I believe that bottled Omega 3 is better than the Caps and this has an amber bottle to help reduce light getting in. Obviously Udo's oil will be better than this, but £4.99 for 600ml it seems good value. On the bottle it says to take take 10ml a day, but what do you guys suggest? Udo's oil said to take 1 Tablespoon at first working up to 4 Tablespoons Hope this is helpful to some. |

   | I take 12 grams a day of fish oils myself. I dont think you will be able to handle taking a ml of that stuff, that would give me some gag reflex action quick.

 | I take 30ml of Udos every day, sometimes 40ml. That is a good price tho, but i`ll stick to my Udos ;)
