I would use both as they are both realy cheap! but if I had to choose 1, it would be Liv52 as its a mixture of herbal compounds

why twice a day?

i thought it would be better through the night(before bed) because of the extended time our urine is in our bodies

tbh, if you are not going to the toilet at night, then you are not drinking enough water. This will eliminate the problem of "the extended time our urine is in our bodies".

Depends on what your using them for mate.

If you using them to clense your system then its 2 - 3 Tabs, 3 times a day.

If you using them to repair your liver, its 3 - 4 tabs, 3 times a day.

If you using them during a cycle, its 4 tabs, 4 times a day.

Be careful where you get it from mate, as I have been using one from eBay which cost £2.99, and my last blood tests show that it hasnt been working.

I used to use the proper ones from Passion for Life @ £5.99 a tub, and they kept my liver 100% (they repaired it from below normal, to perfect in under a month)

I have just re-ordered 6 tubs from Passion for Life and wont be using the £2.99 eBay ones again!

I take 4 tablets, 4 times a day, 12 months a year.

ALA and Milk Thistle are also really good for the liver.

ALA can be expensive tho, as you need to take quite a large dosage daily to get the detox benifits as well as the body compesition benefits.
