Quick question guy's, I know that you are supposed to take about 6caps worth ED for NOX (Nitric Oxide) regardless of brand (from what I have seen) and was wondering if these are to be taken all at once or through out the day??

Muscular development (may 2006) has a really good article on NO, to quote the key points : -NO is essential for muscle hypertrophy
-NO contributes to angiogenesis (growth of new blood vessels) VEGF (vasco endothelial grpwth factor) and vasiodilation.
-NO increases glucouse uptake , enhances fat oxidation and has positive c.v. effects.

On a personal note, I see good gains whilst using NO products.
