Hey Robin,

Just in case you aren't aware, Pro-Mass comes in 4.5 KG tubs which work out even more econimical

yeh i saw that,
on protein factory it is 25 quid for 25 servings or 44 quid for 45 servings
so may just go with teh 25 quid one because i usually buy one on payday each month and you don't get a great deal more for the extra 20 quid
so i think i may do it that way 45 quid is alot to spend in one month for me!

I dont rate that stuff to be honest mate

There are better weight gainers about.

I ran 2 months on that stuff (off cycle) and gained next to nothing.

Im on Reflex Pro Mass now and thats good (although making me fart like a trooper!) and of corse my favourite NLARGE2!

i was htinking of changing to this on superjoolz recommendation i have been on nlarge 2 but i have put on a lot of fat
i am worried it is too sugary
was thinking of trying this
i have refles is good too
what kind of price is that?

yeah, nlarge2 and reflex are a lot higher in sugar, and make me fat, i sell a lot of pro-mass and never had any complaints!

exactly mate, lucky sods like paul can drink loads of nlarge2, eat tubs of ben and jerry's and live in McDonalds and are still v lean. Unfortunately the likes of me just has to look at sugar/processed carbs and i get fat! :(

i think i am guna buy 2.5kg for 25 quid

N-large, hmm...I have it with 5 eggs chucked in too, and some creatine, I don't drink much of it though, I eat enough anyway, I drink it if I feel I haven't had the required amount of food during the day.
