| Agree wirh PScarb I used cyclone a few years ago and the only thing I got was a dented wallet. They may have changed their product since then tho.

 | I used cyclone, did that buy 3 get one free thing, each tub only lasts 10 days on the recommended dose of 120g a day (split into two servings). Also, it is possibly the worst tasting supplement/thing I have ever had in my mouth, it really is that bad especially strawberry. Results were minimal, if any. Not worth it.

| Personally I use Inner Armour Protein, have done for a year now. I don't like the taste of protein shakes but the Strawberry and the Raspeberry flavours are great. I also use CNP Propeptide regularly, usually as a breakfast protein.
