I think virtually everyone on here seems to highly recommend nlarge2, and it probably is still one of the best weight gainers (if not the best) on the market. I've made good gains on it when I used it, and quite a few of my members at my gym have done well on it too.

I agree an excellent product, the chocolate flavour tastes luscious.

However Mr T makes a good point, you might wanna count the carbs before you start chugging it everyday or you will end up with a nice beer belly......

4 scoops is a full portion which is 700kcals plus milk, so up to you, but Paul would be able to give you good advice on when to take it and how many times a day etc...

I would use half-portions mate......too much sugar in the whole servings.

hmm, yeah it does have a fair bit of sugar, when bulking i've been using a full serving for breakfast, one post-workout (on training days) and one right before bed .. maybe that explains why i'm now sporting a rather unfetching double-chin*

*that is a joke ..

yeah, i think its got too much sugar in it for my liking. Im very sugar sensitive and it makes me fat! So i avoid it at all costs! (Except post workout)
