| Get to the choooopper! | What supplements should i be taking??? Hey guys =] Im 17, 6ft 2 and 12 stone, I was just wondering what legal supplements I should be taking and when to build muscle mass. Im a vegetarian and currently take Ultimate Nutrition monohydrate creatine and whey protein 80%+. I take 5 grams of creatine with 40 grams of whey protein once a day. Is there anything else that I should be taking?? Also I have heard from a few people that I should not be taking creatine until I am 18 and stopped growing because it can damage my kidneys. Is this true?? |

I just go for whats on offer mate, usually Holland & Barrett or my local health store, as for CEE & Whey I now use Bulkpowders ;)
