i've budgeted myself £100 a month for my supps including whey/mrp

can some-one with abit more exp suggest the best things to spend this on

i can maybe go a little more if need b

Well id get unflavoured whey from somewhere like bulk powders because its good and its cheap so you can cain it.

I realy rate extreme MRP and they work out at a good price because we get 25% discount if we mention we use this board.

IMO, whey protein and dextrose for post-workout and spend the rest on food

Dextrose is glucose - a very fast acting carb ideal for post-workout nutrition.

Like Robdog said, just get an unflavoured whey, like bulkpowders or myprotein.

This is what i use:

Ari N-Gorge (CEE + No2 mix), Glutamine, Multi Vit, Udos Choice, DHEA, Extreme Performance Mass, Liv 52, vit c, cranberry, garlic, few other bits.

£100 per month should be ok mate ;)

Holland and Barrett (Dirty words) do Glucose with Vit C in a box...

Unflavour whey is good stuff, check out the thread i started Bulkpowders: My first order

If your on a tight budget mate, then your best bet is good old eBay

Can usually save yourself around £5 - £10 per supplement.

cant buy anything paul dont get paid till the 10th had a good look about but theres that f ing many its hard to choose eh

noticed some ground down oats for a good carb drink couldnt we do that ourselves with a blender and put it in with the p drink
