![]() | Creatine best before date..... I bought creatine pills about a year and a half ago and started them but stopped because i wasnt to serious in to the weight training. Would it be ok to still have them,theyve been stored in a dark place and the best before date is 10/06, just wandering was it a different because i started them along time ago ? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | In the UK we are only allowed to put a certain length of expiry date on any food product or pharmaceutical product, creatine doesnt go "off" at worst it may lose potency trough time, but I don't eveb think that may happen because of what it actually is.
