Creatine best before date.....

I bought creatine pills about a year and a half ago and started them but stopped because i wasnt to serious in to the weight training. Would it be ok to still have them, theyve been stored in a dark place and the best before date is 10/06, just wandering was it a different because i started them along time ago ?

Just take them mate I'm sure they'll be fine. As long as they didn't get damp and stayed dry they should be fine.

In the UK we are only allowed to put a certain length of expiry date on any food product or pharmaceutical product, creatine doesnt go "off" at worst it may lose potency trough time, but I don't eveb think that may happen because of what it actually is.
