they r only 30mg tabs id have to take a bottle a day anywhere else sell them in bigger dose

http://www.discountsupplements.co.uk/ is where i ordered my last lot from. I got 3 massive tubs of 500g ALA tabs... nearly used them all up now as I was taking 6 a day. They do the new R-ala which is supposed to be more effective for a lower dosage.

yep, thats because they have stopped doing the 500g ones, as the r-ala ones are more potent. So, you only need less grams for the same effect.

I would say 600mg of r-ala to be safe.. I think Ant on that site has a whole bunch of info re ala and R-ala...
