please help me find.....
right guys. i am really finding it difficult to find the supplements i need in this country. i need some l-arginine in 1000mg caps and some acetyl l-carnitine in 1000mg caps also. i can only find 500mg caps and this works out very expensive as i need to take 3g of l-arginine 3 times a day. l-carnitine 1.5g two times per day. i have tried holland and barrett and gnc but they only seem to stock the girly potency tabs

Can't you buy them in powder form and cap them yourself? myprotein.co.uk have the ALCAR in powder form.

what do you reckon to the alcar powder? these supps are very expensive. given the choice between buying the bcaa's,the arginine or the carnitine which would you go for? thinking of buying some glutamine also. would like the lot but the mrs wont go for that when the kids look like this
