glucosamine sulphate

had a chat with a few lads at the gym and they recommended this to me as since i injured my wrist a few months back it keeps coming back. They got recommended by a doctor and according to them it worked a treat. Done a bit of research and theres no known side affects so far. Anyone else tried this? Thoughts? going to get some 2moro and see how it goes.

Used it for a few years now on and off....no problems. It takes about 10 weeks at a dose of 1500mg a day to notice any thing..... I tend to cycle it around AAS...

did you just rest the injury while taking glucosamine sulphate or just carried on? Thats my main problem resting the injury. Tried to rest it on and off and it just keeps poping back.

Mr Ripped can only hope to improve
I've been using it everday for a few years at 1000mg a day. Seems to work fine, helps with minor joint pains/discomfort etc

Joint supps

I think they are essential for BBing, Glucosamine Chondroitin is better but more expensive. And take MSM with it. I believe these are the elements that are the cofactors for the collagen forming enzymes in your body (methyl-sulphur something?). I am currently taking Universal's Joint combo, and CNP do a good combo one as well!
