loading on creatine

i have the creatine caps and they are 700mg a cap....recomended dose is 6 caps a day....which is 4200mg...4.2 grams...i read jus now that to loading on creatine to start you should do 30g per day for 5 days to a week...then 5g a day onwards...so if i wanted to do the loading would i need to take 30+ caps a day?

I think pmost people on here think that loading is a waste of time and was created by the supplement companies to make you use it up quicker. I just started using creatine about a month ago and I didn't do the loading dose and I'm happy with my results Is it creatine monohydrate or CEE?

Hi,

Consuming 5g every day is fine rather than "loading up". The major downfall to CM caps is the cost you can get powder very cheaply compared to the caps and CM doesn't taste of anything.

Thanks
